Paris Latsis and Paris Hilton dated from May to October 2005. Latsis is a Greek shipping heir whose family's jackpot clocks in at $7.5 billion, 54th on Forbes Magazine's list of the world's richest people. The pair of Parises were engaged in the spring of 2005. Paris Latsis was 22, and Paris Hilton was 24, and Latsis bought Hilton a $5 million, 24-carat diamond engagement ring. Reportedly, they broke off the engagement because Hilton threw an engagement party and Latsis' family showed up with no clue that Latsis and Hilton were engaged, later expressing their disapproval because of Latsis' young age.

After Paris broke up with Greek shipping heir Paris Latsis, she moved on to another Greek shipping heir, Stavros Niarchos. The pair dated from 2005 to 2006. Born in New York City, Niarchos grew up in Paris, France, went to school in Hawaii, and got a film degree from the USC film school. Before dating Hilton, Henderson dated singer/actress Ashlee Simpson. Rumors say Henderson may now be dating The Hills star Lauren Conrad.
